Arithmetic Skills at the Math Page
This is a free online textbook course in elementary arithmetic. This is a complete course in arithmetic. While the student and teacher can complete the exercises formally on paper, this site encourages students to do arithmetic naturally in their heads.

Education 4 Kids
This site moves a little slow but they offer electronic flash cards for early elementary math including time and money skills. They also offer interactive math problem solving with instant answers.

Factmonster - Math Homework Help
This site does not offer interactive math problems but it does provide math homework help with tables and formulas and explanations of concepts.

Math.com
This is an excellent site for all levels of math from basic math to calculus. They explain the concepts then give you example problems to complete. Then try a workout of 10 problems. Your answers are instantly graded. If you get at least 8 of 10 correct, you can move on. Otherwise, you get to go back and review the lesson again in depth.

Math Notes - Algebra
This site offers interactive lessons in introductory and intermediate algebra.
