A 2006 survey conducted by Roper Public Affairs shows young people in America are geographically illiterate. The study found 75% of people aged 18-24 could not find Indonesia on a world map. 75% did not know the majority of Indonesians were Muslim. On average, participants in this survery answered only 54% of the survey questions correctly.
