1. Order total must exceed $100.00.

2. Some items do not qualify for free shipping. Items that do not qualify are identified with a brown truck icon at the top of the item description as shown below.

   

   If a free shipping coupon is applied to items that do not qualify, our website will reflect free shipping so it will appear that free shipping is available when in fact it is not. Shipping costs will be manually added back to the order after the order is received by our customer service department. If your order includes some items that qualify for free shipping and others that do not, then we recommend placing separate orders so you can apply the free shipping coupon to the items that qualify and not apply it to the items that do not qualify. Putting the items on separate orders will allow us to proceed with shipping the items that qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, all items could get delayed while we attempt to contact you to get your approval of the shipping costs.

3. Order must ship to an address within the 48 continental United States of America. For Alaska, Hawaii and all US territories, we are able to honor this free shipping coupon but there are additional restrictions for this offer for those states (see point 7 below). Our website software does not allow us to include APO or FPO military shipping addresses so the free shipping coupon code will not work. However, if your order qualifies APO and FPO customers can call our customer service reps during our business hours to request free shipping and they will handle it for you manually.

4. Free shipping orders ship by the lowest cost shipping method, which is usually USPS Media Mail. Please note this delivery method usually gets delivered in about a week but sometimes takes up to 4 weeks for delivery in the 48 US states. For Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, it can take up to 6 weeks. For Alaska and Hawaii, there are additional restrictions for using this coupon offer (see point 7 below). The delivery time is not guaranteed.

5. This free shipping coupon may not be combined with any other coupon offers.

6. To avoid delays, please do not include any PO Box address. The only exception would be where the PO Box is the only deliverable address you have. We are not responsible for replacing products shipped to undeliverable addresses.

7. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will not be able to use this coupon on our website so you will have to call our customer service department during our normal business hours (M-F 10-5 EST). Also, you can only get free shipping on books and software, no other items qualify. Also, your order cannot exceed 20 pounds. The shopping cart page displays the total weight of the order to help you keep track of this while shopping. If the order includes other items (like toys, games, science kits or math manipulative sets) then this free shipping offer will not be honored. The reason for these restrictions is to allow us to ship the order via USPS Media Mail.

8. If you later decide to return your order, the shipping cost will be calculated and subtracted from the amount refunded to you.

The coupon code word is all one word with no spaces and is not case sensitive. Enter the code, then click the 'Apply' button. You can then continue shopping or go to checkout. When you get to the shipping options screen, select UPS Ground, which will show zero cost and your order will be shipped for free! Other shipping methods are available at the normal prices.
