If you want to return any item, please follow the instructions provided below. If the proper guidelines are followed, we will give you your choice of either a full refund or store credit for items returned to us. Store credits may be applied to the purchase of any other items. The amount of the refund or store credit will equal the amount paid for the item(s) minus any shipping costs. There are no restocking fees for any returned items, however the cost for shipping the item to you or back to us is not refundable. If you are returning an item that was shipped for free as part of a free shipping offer, the shipping costs for the returned items will be calculated and subtracted from the amount refunded or credited to you. If you paid for your order by credit card, your refund will be issued as a credit to your card account. If you paid for your order by check or money order, your refund will be issued in the form of a check payable to you. Refunds are usually processed within one week from the time that we receive the returned items.

Refunds are given only for product returns that meet the following conditions:

  1. Merchandise must be returned in new condition within 30 days from the shipping date shown on the sales receipt. We are not responsible for any damage that might occur in shipping the returned items back to us so please make sure to adequately pack the merchandise being returned to us. No refunds are given for merchandise returned in unsaleable condition. This includes merchandise damaged in transit. We recommend shipping it with insurance and shipping through UPS, FedEx or DHL, not through the US Postal Service. Please remove or mark through the original shipping label.
  2. We do not accept partial returns of kits or mega-kits. To return a kit or mega-kit, all items in the kit or mega-kit must be returned. The reason is because extra price discounts are given on kits and mega-kits. Therefore the items in the kit or mega-kit were not purchased at their normal retail prices. We accept returns only on the complete kit or mega-kit.
  3. For packaged items, no refunds are available if the package has been opened. Packaged items include toys, games, crafts, puzzles, hobby items, science kits, DVD's and software. We will accept returns for opened packaged items if they are defective or are causing technical problems, such as with software programs that fail to install or run properly on your computer. For technical software problems, we will need a full explanation of the nature of the problem.
  4. Returns must include your name and address and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please make a copy of your sales receipt and send that with the returned items.

If you received a defective item from us, we will replace it at our expense and we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. In most cases we will schedule a carrier to pick up the defective item. If the item you received was not the item you ordered, we will immediately ship the correct item to you at no cost to you. We will send you an email with a printable shipping label and will schedule a carrier to pick up the wrong item to have it returned to us at our expense.
