2. If you later decide to return your order, the shipping cost will be calculated and subtracted from the amount refunded to you.

3. Order must ship to an address within the 48 continental United States of America. For Alaska, Hawaii and all US territories, we are able to honor this free shipping coupon but with the following restrictions. For shipments to those locations, the order can ship free if it includes only books, videos or software and has a total combined weight of less than 20 pounds. The shopping cart page displays the total weight of the order to help you keep track of this while shopping. If the order includes other items (like toys, games, science kits or math manipulative sets) then this free shipping offer will not be honored. The reason for these restrictions is to allow us to ship the order via USPS Media Mail.

4. Free shipping orders ship by the lowest cost shipping method, which is usually USPS Media Mail. Please note this delivery method takes 2-4 weeks for delivery in the 48 US states. For Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, it can take 4-6 weeks. These are conservative estimates and the actual delivery time is often less.

5. This free shipping coupon may not be combined with any other coupon offers.

6. To avoid delays, please do not include any PO Box address. The only exception would be where the PO Box is the only deliverable address you have. We are not responsible for replacing products shipped to undeliverable addresses.

7. After leaving our warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on the final delivery method we use for your order. Most free shipping orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

8. Items weighing 10 pounds or more do not qualify for any free shipping offers. Shipping costs will be removed from these items when the coupon code is applied, but will be manually added back to the order after the order is submitted. Adding these items to a free shipping order will cause your order to be delayed because we will have to get your approval of the shipping costs before we ship the order. You will not receive free shipping on any item with the brown truck image. There is no limit to the total weight of your order but there is a limit to the weight of the individual items in your order. If your order includes any items weighing 10 pounds or more and you apply the free shipping coupon, our website will remove the shipping costs and it will appear that you are receiving free shipping but your order will not be shipped until we have manually added the shipping costs back to your order. You will not receive any phone calls from us regarding this but you will receive an email letting you know the shipping costs were added to your order.

If these terms are acceptable, you can qualify for this free shipping offer by first adding items to your shopping cart totaling over $300.00. When you view your shopping cart contents, you will see a box displayed under the shopping cart where you enter the coupon code word for this offer: freeshipping

The coupon code word is all one word with no spaces and is not case sensitive. Enter the code, then click the 'Apply' button. You can then continue shopping or go to checkout. When you get to the shipping options screen, select UPS Ground, which will show zero cost and your order will be shipped for free! Other shipping methods are available at the normal prices.
