A Reason For Handwriting - The Transition Student Workbook is designed to offer maximum flexibility in making the transition from manuscript lessons, extra cursive lessons, and letter review sections so that the transition may begin whenever appropriate for the individual student. It is recommended for 2nd or 3rd grade, and should replace either the regular 2nd or 3rd grade workbook. Daily practice on Scripture verses taken from the Gospels and New Testament Epistles. 240 pages.

Each grade level's handwriting curriculum features a colorful 8.5 x 11 inch student workbook. This 3rd grade workbook helps kids learn to master cursive writing. A total of 25 weekly lesson plans have kids writing a whole page in cursive within a few weeks. The lessons also reinforce manuscript writing.
All of the workbook pages are perforated for easy removal from the book.
A detailed parent/teacher guidebook is also available (must be ordered separately) which provides daily lesson plans, specific teaching tips and techniques, remedial and advanced strategies, letter formation charts, vocabulary lists, pre-writing readiness activities, handwriting skills index and more.
